Flute Lessons & Ensembles Fall Session September - December, 2006

Payment is due at the first lesson of each month. Payments received after the 10th of the month will incur a $5.00 late fee which will be added to your next month's statement if necessary. Students will be enrolled until the completion of the session. Please see Handbook regarding Tuition, Discontinuance, Makeups, etc for further explanation. Students who discontinue lessons prior to the conclusion of the session will be expected to pay tuition in full.
